Hi, my name is Arek, I’m a PhD student at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. My research focuses on energy forecasting and computational social science. I have a background in physics and data analytics.
Recently I’m mostly invested in probabilistic forecasting and reconciliation for day-ahead electricity markets. I also study opinion dynamics and emergent social phenomena through the lens of agent-based models and dynamical systems, with particular interest in polarization and anticonformity.
